You Often Ask Us...
We believe the very first question you should ask yourself is this:
"Do we truly want a photographer and videographer at our wedding?"
From our point of view, photos and videos are memories that will stay with you forever.
Once you’ve found your answer, we’ll be here and happy to help.
Your questions are always welcome — they help us give you the best advice to make the right choice for your BIG DAY.
-
How many photos can we expect to receive? We capture as many photos as we can throughout the day, focusing on all the important moments we believe will make great memories for the future. There isn’t a fixed minimum or maximum number of photos. For a half-day service, you can expect anywhere from 300 to 600 photos, but this can vary depending on the flow of the event. We don’t work with a strict "counter" on the camera — our goal is to capture everything that tells the story of your day.
-
Will I be able to print the pictures at home?Sure! You can print your photos at home using your own printer, but we recommend having them printed by a professional at a specialized shop for the best quality.
-
Will we have full copyright to print the photos?Of course, we retain the intellectual and creative ownership of the photos, but all rights for personal use and printing will be granted to the couple. We believe it's important that you, as the couple, can freely use and print the photos as you wish, while respecting the copyright and the work of the photographer and the studio
-
If we want specific photos, such as group or family pictures, can we request them?Sure! As long as they align with our style. It’s a good idea to have a list of specific photos you’d like. We recommend sending it to the photographer at least the day before the wedding.
-
Are all the photos edited?Editing and color balancing do not involve retouching. We prefer not to alter people's natural appearance. Our aim is to adjust and enhance colors, lighting, and contrast to match our style. This process will be applied to all the images you receive.
-
How long will be my Video? It’s not easy to predict the exact length of the final video, as it truly depends on what unfolds throughout the day. However, our suggestion is to keep the edited video emotional and engaging — typically no longer than 15–20 minutes. With the full day video service, we usually provide three separate files: The edited highlight film The full raw footage A separate file with the speeches
-
Can we choose the style and length of the final video?Absolutely. The final video is tailored to reflect your day and your preferences — whether you’d like something emotional and cinematic, or more natural and documentary-style. The length usually depends on what happens during the day and what you want to include, but we're always happy to guide you based on your vision.
-
Do you offer videos for social media?Yes! If you're looking for something more dynamic to share online, we offer an optional “Social Edit” — a short-form version of your wedding film designed for Instagram or TikTok. It includes 3 vertical videos, each about 1 minute long, perfect for sharing as Stories or Reels. This add-on is available for a small additional cost — just let us know if you’re interested!
-
Can I choose the moments I want for the social reels? You're welcome to let us know which moments you'd like to highlight — whether it's your vows, the first look, the party, or any special detail. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to select the most emotional or visually striking moments for you.

Let us know if you intend to proceed. DONE! After you decide to use our services a deposit by bank transfer is required, we'll provide you all details to do it easil
-
How long after the wedding will we receive the photos?Waiting time for delivery is 12/14 weeks. To the photo service you can add the "express delivery" service assuring you will receive the photos in a shorter time.
-
Do the photographers speak English?Yes.
-
How will the photos and video be provided? All our jobs include delivery by digital transfer (for example, wetransfer, Dropbox or similar) or, if required, on a USB stick without any extra cost. The delivery of the USB pen will be by courier and is included in the prices if within the European Union.
-
Will you need a meal?We are happy that you have considered "the food aspect" because often the couples forget that we need to "charge our batteries". Usually we do not take pictures and video while the guests are eating for this reason, there are 2 options: 1 - we can take a break during your lunch and we'll provide for ourselves, in this way you can save money. 2 - In case you prefer that we stay with you during the meal (some time the speeches happen during the meal) a light lunch or a menù staff would be appreciated.
-
Are the service hours consecutive, or can they be separated?Unfortunately, the service hours cannot be divided throughout the day. All service hours are continuous and cannot be interrupted.
